Director of Software Engineering

We are seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead, manage, mentor, and build talented software engineering teams to deliver innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to attract and recruit top talent while ensuring the development of customer-oriented solutions.

As a Director of Software Engineering within the Consumer Experience Platform organization, you will be responsible for driving high-priority initiatives and leading teams to create personalized mobile and web experiences for customers. You will work closely with product leaders to define strategy and manage diverse technology platforms and projects. Additionally, you will continuously improve software engineering practices and lead the craftsmanship of scalable solutions.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 9+ years of software engineering or software development experience
• 7+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of experience with client application development and public cloud technologies

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master's Degree
• 10+ years of software engineering or software development experience
• 8+ years of client application development experience
• 3+ years of experience with GraphQL and public cloud providers
