PeopleSoft ERP Developer

Our client is seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Developer responsible for designing, developing, upgrading, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications. The developer will work closely with business analysts and end users to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations, integrations, and upgrades to the PeopleSoft platform. Key duties include troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, developing new modules, and ensuring data integrity across HR and Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and deploy customizations and enhancements in PeopleSoft.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and regular system maintenance.
• Integrate PeopleSoft applications with other systems and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft Developer.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, PeopleTools, and Application Engine.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SQR, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HR and Finance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field.
