Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to design, develop, and implement business rules and logic using IBM ODM. You will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical solutions that align with our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement business rules and logic using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
Develop and maintain Java-based applications and components that integrate with IBM ODM.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Document design decisions, adhere to coding standards, and comply with project lifecycle methodologies.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks.
Hands-on experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) including rule modeling, rule harvesting, rule testing, and rule deployment.
Experience in developing and maintaining Java-based applications and components.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
