REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience: 6+ years.
  2. Strong working experience in development with Mendix, Java, React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  3. Knowledge of software development best practices, including agile methodologies.
  4. Good working experience in Mendix-based projects, including domain modeling, forms, and complex Microflow logic building.
  5. Good understanding of app services to communicate within Mendix applications.
  6. Experience in frontend technologies like JavaScript, XPath, CSS, and HTML.
  7. Experience in writing Java actions and web services in Mendix.
  8. Good understanding of Java programming.
  9. Knowledge of Mendix cloud, AWS, and Azure.
  10. Good understanding of SQL, Model Driven Development, and Agile.
  11. Experience with API standards (REST, JSON, XML).
  12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  13. Support to implement batch retrieval to make our application fit for big data.
  14. Modification of the multiselect widget to improve application performance.
  15. Implementation of hashdiff logic for documents to improve data load performance and enhancement of Excel export performance.
  16. Implementation of automated testing to verify data sets of Mendix and Snowflake for improved data consistency.
  17. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques is critical for ensuring efficient gameplay.
  18. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for effective collaboration within the development team.
  19. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Writing and reviewing great quality code.
  2. Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
  3. Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
  4. Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
  5. Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  6. Being able to lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
  7. Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
  8. Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  9. Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
  10. Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
  11. Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
  12. Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
