Job Description

  • Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution.
  • Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines and investment advocacy.
  • Encourage collaboration between teams and Solution Architects/Engineering.
  • Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Review and Finalize the MVP calendar for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs).
  • Drives PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs. This has to be in done in collaboration with the Agile Coaches and Expert group.
  • Review Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives.
  • Facilitate the PI planning event.
  • Escalate and track impediments.
  • Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the Program.
  • Help (whenever needed) Agile Coaches in tracking the execution of features and Epics through Program and Executive Metrics.
  • Participate and help Agile Coaches in periodic synchronization meetings, including the Program sync at the Program Level and the value stream sync with economic decision-making by facilitating feature estimation by teams and he roll-up to Epics, where necessary.


Qualifications

  • Mandatory - More than 15 years of IT experience.
  • Mandatory - Played RTE role or Program Manager role in a SAFe set up.
  • Good to Have - SPC or RTE certified.
