Johnson, Laschober & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Department. The entry-level position offers opportunities to grow within your profession and within the firm. Applicants should have knowledge and experience with CADD software to provide design support for senior engineers in various stages of capital and site development projects. The candidate should be working toward or have already earned a BS in Civil Engineering from an Accredited Program.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Perform data collection, field inspection, surveying, and reporting
  • Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
  • Provide calculations
  • Execute project based on outlined criteria


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
