Senior Software Engineer, Apache Kafka

Job Description: Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer in the development of Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK). We are looking for individuals passionate about data streaming and open source contributions, who are eager to solve real customer business needs at AWS scale. As a member of our Utility Computing organization, you will support the development and management of various AWS services to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design/architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
