Sr. Business Developer, Modify by Amazon Merch on Demand
Own coordinating Modify’s sales and business strategies on and off Amazon.com. You will work across Amazon teams to coordinate a unified awareness building strategy and grow the Modify business.
Modify by Amazon Merch on Demand is a new offering that allows customers to customize apparel products and then have them printed and shipped via Prime.
This role will be focused on coordinating Merch on Demand's efforts to grow this business. The Sr. Business Developer will own Modify's overall sales and business strategy, focused on leveraging existing Amazon resources to grow the business.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Amazon Business to raise awareness of the Modify program, developing sales plans and supporting outreach efforts.
- Raise awareness of the program across Amazon's internal teams.
- Own business reporting for the overall Modify program.
- Partner with product and tech to drive customer-centric product improvements and influence new feature introduction.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps.
