Device Integration Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a Device Integration Engineer for the design and fabrication of RF-microwave semiconductor devices. The primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve device performance and yield anomalies pertinent to the design, fabrication or test. The secondary responsibility of this position will be to design and fabricate semiconductor devices to meet all electrical and mechanical specifications defined in our product datasheets. The candidate will need a working knowledge of semiconductor materials, theory, and fabrication techniques.
The scopes of work entails interpreting customer specifications and translating them into material and process specific parameters, as well as provide in-process and final test instructions to characterize the device. The tactical responsibilities of this position will require the evaluation, compilation, and analysis of test data to determine appropriate variables and limits for process/device definition. The Device Integration Engineer is required to maintain and/or create supporting source control documentation, using the company engineering information systems tools, to document every aspect of the design, fabrication and test, specific to the manufacture of the final device.
Qualifications:
  • BS in electrical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, or equivalent
  • Familiar with semiconductor fabrication technology.
  • Data analysis and statistical skills with proven ability to evaluate, analyze and present data.
  • Strong personal computing skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • The ideal candidate would possess knowledge of semiconductor materials and fabrication techniques as it applies to the integration of various individual process/fabrication steps to form a coherent device.
