Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Internal team, Stakeholders, Program Managers, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers to design, build and support tools, to analyze, monitor and visualize key business performance metrics.
2. Provide first level support for deployed solutions by troubleshooting reporting and back-end data issues.
3. Build complex SQL Scripts, workflows, tables, and ETL solutions to transform data for reporting.
4. Develop reports in Tableau.
5. Develop ad-hoc SQL queries for analysis and studies to answer business questions.
6. Maintain, enhance, and modify existing reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

Requirements:

1. B.S. in Computer Science or similar field.
2. Superior knowledge of SQL and Reporting, Tableau or other BI tools experience.
3. Strong design and development skills with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Enterprise data warehousing and dashboard design experience.
5. Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal communication and written skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
6. Familiarity with Agile Software Development practices and working in an agile methodology.
7. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
8. 4 years of consulting or experience as a Business Analyst.
9. Tableau certifications (Desktop, Server) a very big plus.
10. Tableau server admin experience is a nice-to-have.
11. Familiar with cloud technologies (Dremel, #plx, ColumnIO, Unix/Linux).
12. Experience with HTML, XML, JSON interfaces and ISP, Geospatial applications.
13. Familiar with at least one scripting language: Python, Go, JavaScript, Perl, Apps Script.
