Your role at Clorox:

The primary function of the Engineering Maintenance Department is to provide system maintenance support to the production operations and plant facilities. This position leads the maintenance group in daily operations, identifies, develops, or conducts training as needed, and implements strategies to provide the highest level of equipment effectiveness. Support and manage department budgeting as it applies to parts and services in the plant. An individual assigned to this role is expected to be a member of the ERT. Starting Hourly Rate: $33.33 per hour.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct Preventative Maintenance Activities on Production, Plant Utility Equipment, and Building and Grounds.
• Assist with Performing complex advanced Troubleshooting and Repairing of all Production and Plant Utility Equipment.
• Plan and complete work using the preventative maintenance (PM) and work order (WO) processes and all documentation systems supported by maintenance.
• Generate work notifications; lead team efforts in parts storage reductions and other PM functions.
• Advanced Troubleshooting and Repairing Production and Plant Utility Equipment:

• Mechanical
• Pneumatic
• Hydraulic
• Electrical

What we look for:

• 5 years Advanced maintenance experience required.
• Emergency Response Team Member.
• Self-directed leadership and support of WCO principles, programs, and objectives.
• Organizational skills; ability to develop a work plan and execute against it.
• Demonstrate Advanced Analytical/Troubleshooting Skills including PLC, Electrical, Mechanical, and other related systems including PLC programming, shop tools, and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrable PC skills including MS Office, Excel, and SAP functions related to maintenance.
• Electrically Qualified (training provided).
• Demonstrate knowledge of computer programming techniques and number systems.

Shift Information:

• 3rd: Sunday – Thursday (10:00pm – 6:30am) Shift Differential: $1.15
• 1st: Monday – Friday (6:00am to 2:30pm)
• 2nd: Monday – Friday (2:00pm to 10:30pm) Shift Differential: $0.80
