What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications in accordance with established standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and production release
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for code deployment and automate operations to release reliable applications

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 3 to 5 years of full stack development experience
• Service creation and integration experience
• Knowledgeable in CI/CD processes and tools
• Experience in cloud platforms; Azure platform is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in insurance or financial services
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Flow, and GitHub Actions
• Experience in the React framework; Next.js experience is a plus
• UX experience is a plus
• Experience working with Agile and SCRUM/Kanban methodologies
