In this Module Design Team, you will be participating in developing cutting-edge, state-of-the-art PA, RF switches, LNAs and front-end modules for Automotive and IoT applications to enable the industry transformation to next generation super data highway. #LI-DB1Job ResponsibilitiesArchitecture, develop, verify, and productize SOI IC in module solutionsChip Level planning, design and tape-out schedule managementManagement of design trade-offs in cost, risk, and performanceLead and guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturingJob RequirementsHands on design experience in a variety of high-performance Analog and RF productsIn-depth RF design experience, such as switch and LNA, in SOI with Cadence and ADSExpertise with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulationStrong understanding of IC design flow, full life-cycle experience on multiple productsKnowledge of digital communication systemsGood communication and leadership skillsThis is a technical leadership role across multiple teamsMin MSEE + 12 years of experienceThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $139,100 - $278,300 per year . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
