Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri
Pay: $ 20.00 - $ 24.00/hr . (Depending on experience)
Job Overview:
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality steel components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of CNC programming, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in all cuts and fabrications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Set up and adjust machinery according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, adjusting as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, ideally in the steel or metal fabrication industry
• Familiarity with CNC programming and basic machine maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods
