SharePoint Developer, Senior

We're looking for a developer with the skills needed to build new services from vision to production-ready systems.
We need a SharePoint developer with experience in out-of-the-box SharePoint development and configuration. You will create engaging customer experiences converting a legacy Access database into a SharePoint solution. You'll work on projects that meet challenges in the DoD, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 with a user-centric design. You'll apply your expertise in SharePoint development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 platforms, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
- Experience with promoting knowledge-sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by improving integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
- Experience with crafting custom Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, including Power Apps
- Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user's needs and requirements, and recommend actionable solutions
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of data science processes and best practices
- Knowledge of DoD domains
- Ability to work with web development tools and languages, including JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
- Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, analytical skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
