Knowledge of property (easement rights).Computer literacy including a major word processor program, spreadsheet, graphics and/or CADExperience/EducationMinimum 5 years\' experience as an Engineering Technician or related experience preferred.Associate\'s Degree or Technical School equivalent with course work in Drafting and Engineering required, or equivalent experience.Certifications & LicensesValid driver\'s license.Work EnvironmentInside office, and outside jobsites or customer homes.
