As a Senior Manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems, infrastructure and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the systems architecture.
This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.
You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology and engineering management background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.
