Position: Product Engineer
Location: India (Permanent Remote)
Experience required: Minimum 2 years of product engineering experience
Assessment Test: (based on role requirement) will be required to take a skill assessment test prior to the interview.
Shift: 04:00 pm – 1 am IST
Work hours: Total 9 hrs (8.5 hrs working + Half an hour meal break)
CTC: As per market standards
Notice period: (Immediate joiner preferred) candidate with 30 days notice period preferred.

Must have Broadband availability: Min 30 MBPS (national service provider JIO/TATA/Airtel Hathway etc)
Important: Access to a quiet home office environment with above-mentioned broadband availability and working space to accommodate two monitors + 1 Laptop. (based on role requirement)
Job Summary:
A leading manufacturer of decorative high-end plumbing fixtures is seeking a Product Engineer. Product design improvement and development are critical to Brasstech’s success in this fast-paced and highly competitive market. The Product Engineer will assume responsibility for ensuring that the engineering specifications for existing and newly introduced products are maintained and/or revised to meet our evolving sourcing and manufacturing strategies. This position will report directly to the Engineering Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to provide mechanical design solutions.
- Responsible for creating and developing functional products.
- Provide detailed manufacturing drawings, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and GD&T.
- Prepare all necessary design documentation for production release.
Must have key skills:
- Good English speaking and written skills.
- Min 2 years relevant experience in product engineering.
- Minimum of 2,000 hours of CREO with thorough knowledge of surfacing, family tables, and Intralink Environment.
- Demonstrate analytical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to identify and correct design issues.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Other Skills:
Must demonstrate effective skills in problem-solving, continuous improvement, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering.
