- CAD/CAM 프로그래밍 시스템(이상적으로는 GibbsCAM)에 대한 경험 선호, 포스트 프로세스 (설정 및 조정)에 대한 지식 우대
- 카운터 스핀들과 여러 공구 캐리어(리볼버) or/and B축을 사용하는 밀링 및 터닝 기계에 대한 CNC 기술 경험 선호, 스위스 스타일 가공기계 지식 선호, 필수는 아님
- 원활한 의사소통 및 팀워크 능력 필요
- 본사와 업무를 위한 영어 능력 필요
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated technical Application Engineer to support our Sales Team in Korea.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Providing training for customers, onsite and at the training center
- Preparing and delivering workshops and product presentations
- Direct contact for customers with technical questions about our GibbsCAM software
- Consulting and analysis for product-specific questions
- Customer communication by telephone and in writing
- Communication with international support
Main Requirements
- Experience in CNC technology with milling and turning machines, preferably with counter spindle and several tool carriers (revolvers) or/and B-axis is required.
- Swiss Style knowledge would be excellent, but not essential.
- Experience with a CAD/CAM programming system, ideally GibbsCAM, is desirable as well as knowledge about Post Processors (set up & adjustment)
- Independent, self-reliant and systematic way of working
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluent Korean and good knowledge of the English language, as this is used for internal communication
