Accountabilities

Reporting to the Business Technology Manager, the Lead Application Developer will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and maintain application enhancements for Endur application using OpenJVS, .NET and other Openlink development tools.
  • Design and maintain object models, workflows, approval processes, and reports.
  • Integrate with other systems/platforms including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Tableau and other 3rd party applications.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to understand business needs/requirements and develop specifications for development projects to meet business objectives.
  • Web page development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java.
  • Perform unit testing of custom development.
  • Participate in the documentation of custom processes and applications.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years developing solutions on the Endur application using OpenJVS.
  • Experience with Active Position Manager module preferred.
  • Experience with development of Microsoft .NET preferred.
  • Experience facilitating team meetings.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate with fellow employees, management and the entire client community in a professional manner at all times.

Other Requirements

  • Able to work in fast-paced office environment with a high-volume workload and frequent, short deadlines that may require more than a 40-hour work week to meet established deadlines including working nights or weekends, as required.
  • Able to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether open office, cubicle or private office.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Able to travel occasionally, possibly overnight.
