The Low Code Developer reviews, analyzes, and modifies integration and automation systems. Duties include designing, testing, debugging, and deploying solutions to support the team’s enterprise applications and 3rd party integrations. The specialist leads and coaches peers in the principles of low-code development and iPaaS solutions, using platforms like Workato, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and other robotic process automation (RPA) tools to implement business-driven application systems efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Document, develop, deliver, and verify solution migrations between development, staging, and production environments.
- Implement low-code tools like PowerAutomate, PowerApps, SharePoint, and other RPA products to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update applications, addressing errors, technical debt, and prioritized enhancements.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Actively contributes to the development of peers, including junior developers.
- Organize training events to promote the adoption of new tools and best practices.
- Support quality control processes, including error monitoring and maintaining documentation standards.
Top skills you need to have:
- BA/BS degree with at least 8 years of information technology experience required, at least 5 years of which should have been in application development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with developing low-code tools like PowerAutomate, SharePoint, and other RPA products to deliver business solutions.
- Experience with integrating systems with SQL and API Web Services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience leading and contributing to the technical implementation of projects with agile methodologies resulting in quality systems with a proven quantitative track record for in-scope, on time, and on budget project successes.
- Experience with leading and coaching peers and rising developers.
- Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, problem-solving, and design skills.
