Required skills
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Proven experience in Windows server administration and support
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows networking
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
