Principal Test Engineer – Advantest 93k Exp Rambus

As a Principal Test Engineer, the candidate will be reporting to the Director of Test Engineering and is a Full-Time position. Rambus is seeking experienced, process-driven Test Engineers to join our cross-functional team in supporting Memory Interface product development.

Responsibilities:

1. Define the Test plan and work with design to ensure good Test coverage.
2. Effective communication skills with internal cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
3. Able to design ATE hardware for NPI support, including Load Board, probe card, and interface.
4. Complete life cycle of products from design, prototypes, high volume manufacturing bring up, and RMA/sustaining support.
5. Optimize yield, Test time, multi-site count, and parallel test efficiency.
