Description:

• Build applications/frameworks/scripts using Java and Python
• Collaborate with Scrum Teams to estimate, plan, and manage new feature development and testing
• Analyze business requirements, translating those into customized solutions that are highly scalable, extensible, and easy to maintain while keeping the overall end-user experience in mind
• Provide system administration support to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
• Assist with in-depth analysis of technical problems, suggest short-term and long-term resolutions and an overall roadmap for the completion of this process
• Support post-deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years’ experience with Java Development
• 5+ years’ experience with Python Development
• Experience with version control configurations (Github, BitBucket)
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development

Required Technical Skills:

• Salesforce and/or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Experience with infrastructure in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as, but not limited to: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
• Experience developing scripts for data analysis and/or testing automation

Certified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or other Agile certification

Required Skills And Abilities:

• Salesforce and Salesforce Visual Force experience
• Experience working in a Scrum and/or SAFe Agile environment
• Ability to manage time effectively, work under time pressure, meet schedules and deadlines, multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work assignments
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and strict attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time
