Role: Test Specialist CC1-Functional

Location: Boston, MA or Miami, FL (Day1 Onsite)

Required Skills / Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8-10+ years of extensive experience in testing within a banking contact center environment
• Proficiency in Genesys contact center tools, including configuration, testing, and issue resolution
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Proficient in utilizing Jira for issue tracking, project management, and test case management
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for test planning and execution
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data for issue identification
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and documentation

Preferred:

• Certifications in Genesys tools or relevant testing methodologies
• Knowledge of banking processes
• Experience in automation testing
