Senior Associate Engineer, Analysis/Systems Engineering (Los Angeles, CA)

We are seeking a Senior Associate Systems Engineer at our Los Angeles, CA (Canoga Park) location.

Working under direct supervision:

30% - Support operation and maintenance requirements analyses with a strong emphasis on maintainability and human factors for mechanical and fluid systems. These tasks typically support concept development of rocket engine propulsion products during their design phase. Job duties range from Field Engineering to Logistics. This position will ensure that fielded products meet customer expectations.

30% - Provide support to Advanced Propulsion Concepts for Spacecraft Integration, including Concept of Operations, Functional Flow Analysis, Affordability Analysis and overall estimates to the customer for Operational timelines and cost of ownership.

20% - Support Field Engineering and Launch Support activities for vehicles using liquid propulsion booster and upper stage engines.

20% - Support Ground Support Equipment and Large Scale Facility Integration of NASA and Department of Defense Space Propulsion Products.

Requires a Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or related discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the industry).

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $69,000 - $128,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
