Key Responsibilities:
- Interfaces with customers and identifies their needs.
- Work with various departments to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer's experience.
- Research advanced technology regarding best practices in the field and seek cost-effective solutions.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience.
- As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years with Ansible Software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- DevOps, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management with Advanced proficiency, along with Terraform with Advanced proficiency.
