Role

Telmai is looking to add a Head of Marketing to their leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, you will have full accountability for leading and growing an organization from go-to-market strategy to execution. You will be responsible for positioning Telmai as a leading data observability platform while accelerating revenue growth. You will work closely with the executive team to establish a broader business strategy and identify opportunities to enhance Telmai's visibility. You are a creative thinker and cross-functional leader to tell a consistent and valuable story in the market.

Responsibilities

1. Establish Thought Leadership: Build and define a category through thought leadership, influencer networks, analyst relations, strategic communications, and earned media.
2. Wear our customer's shoes: Care for lighthouse customers and showcase their unique experiences.
3. Product Marketing: Craft a market message that positions Telmai and differentiates it from competitors, including comprehensive sales materials.
4. Demand Generation: Drive brand awareness through events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.

Experience

1. Proven success at designing, delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through digital and field marketing initiatives.

5. Experience in the data management space.

Location

This role will be remote and preferably based in the USA. Some travel is anticipated.
