What You'll Do Support our Service Desk to provide top level support Lead a growing fleet of Windows and Mac clients to support company growth while delivering a first-class support and user experience Collaborate with the Service Desk, Infrastructure, and InfoSec teams to ensure our clients are optimized for our dynamic environment Bring your customer service A-game to support for a wide variety of technical challenges encountered by employees, on-site and remote. Conduct proactive assessments of open incidents and daily requests to ensure appropriate actions are pursued, while finding opportunities to provide a high-quality, low-friction experience. Implement robust measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Implement fundamental server maintenance tasks, including running client license servers, overseeing patch deployment, conducting configuration upgrades, and other related duties to ensure optimal server performance and reliability. Independently and multi-functionally drive the advancement of our IT operations by identifying opportunities for improvement and working with your partner teams to implement Deliver excellent documentation of processes and technology & train partner teams on utilization and upkeep of implemented solutions to ensure the teams long-term success Who You Are Analytical. Robust work ethic who is adept at working autonomously and collaboratively Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or as a System Administrator, encompassing the implementation, management, and resolution of issues in Windows 10/11 and Mac environments Deep technical knowledge, with hands-on expertise with; Microsoft InTune, JAMF, M365 Products, Adobe Cloud Products, Azure Active Directory, Okta, TeamViewer, Experience managing SolidWorks and Keyshot is a plus, Understanding of LAN and WAN concepts Experience with enterprise-grade ITSM solutions - Jira & Confluence experience preferred Salary Range $90,000 - 110,000 annually.
