Join Uline, North America's leading distributor of packaging materials, as a Packaging Engineering Manager at our corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. In this role, you will lead packaging innovation and improvement initiatives to ensure top-notch quality and enhancements across all Uline sites.

• Create packaging designs through collaboration with various departments.
• Manage and carry out tests to ensure seamless implementation of packaging changes.
• Partner with warehouse and product managers to enhance vendor packaging.
• Conduct audits and assessments to uphold high packaging standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of packaging engineering, quality or product management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Access is a plus.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations or vendors as needed.
