Maintenance Engineer (SAP DATA EXPOSURE)
Location: Cleveland, OH
Salary Expectation: 110K But Negotiable . Please submit
Client: NESTLE
We need a person who worked in plant maintenance (Maintenance Engineer / Planner / Consultant) in a process plant (O&G, Chemical, FMCG etc) with SAP exposure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* SAP Plant Maintenance Data Specialist is responsible for supporting factory to enable and deliver Asset Maintenance according to the Company's Strategy
* Perform Physical plant walkdown to verify and validate the completeness & correctness of P&IDs and GA drawings
* In case of mismatch between actual data & drawings, mark-up the drawings and submit it to the engineering team for review. After approval get the drawings updated by CAD team
* While doing plant walk down capture engineering information such as Tag number, equipment type, manufacturer name, model no., part number, serial number etc. for all the floc/equipment in the scope
* Prepare a list of recommended spares parts for all the Flocs/Equipment by taking reference from OEM manuals, Manufacturer recommended spares
* Review the existing Bill of Materials for its completeness & correctness with respect to the newly prepared list of recommended spares parts list
* Enrich & harmonize the existing BOMs to ensure right spares availability with the help of offshore team
* Prepare a list of Flocs/equipment where there is no BOM. Share this list along with BOM inputs to offshore team to create a new BOM
* Collect all the relevant information like existing Maintenance Plans/Items/Task Lists from SAP, Manufacturer recommended Maintenance plans/Job steps from OEM manuals
* Study Manufacturer recommended Maintenance plans/Job steps from OEM manuals. Map it with the existing plans/Job steps to check if there are any gaps
* Update relevant Maintenance Plans/Task lists with all the new tasks/ measures/ spares/suggestions as per client's standard template
* Creation of new Maintenance plans, Items & task list with appropriate spares for the critical equipment not having Maintenance plans originally
* Assist in updating the SAP CMMS database: Functional Location/Equipment, Asset specs, Maintenance Plans, Items, Task Lists, BOMs etc
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or equivalent) strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance field in a Food/Dairy Industry, developing, leading, and executing proven maintenance reliability programs preferred
• Knowledge, understanding, and passion for continuous improvement methodologies • Knowledge and understanding of the cost drivers of Maintenance in manufacturing operations • Knowledge of SAP PM & MM Module to mine and analyze data for trends/reports • Project Engineering/Management • TPM experience
* Proficient with SAP PM & MM modules, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication (both written and verbal) skills
