Position Overview
Amida is currently looking for a Data Engineer to provide expertise and implementation services in data collection, data integration, data analysis, data mapping, data profiling, data mining, and data modeling.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining data pipelines and data integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, optimize performance and implement scalable data infrastructure.
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technical field AND;
- 3+ years of recent professional experience in data engineering;
- Experience in data modeling and ETL processes;
- Experience in Graph Databases;
- Proficiency in Graph query language Gremlin;
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and Scala;
- Experience in multiple Azure services such as Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Machine Learning;
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with software engineers and clients.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience working with SQL dialects;
- Experience with large-scale data analysis systems, such as Databricks and Spark;
- An in-depth understanding of the terminologies, code sets, and standards of healthcare data.
