Key Responsibilities:

• Accelerate Innovation: Lead delivery of key products and features focusing on speed. Maintain our high frequency of deployments across multiple products.
• Engineering Leadership: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and build a world-class engineering team.
• Coaching: Mentor and grow engineers to push the boundaries of their capabilities.
• Production Uptime & Quality: Ensure performance, security, and availability of products.
• Strategy & Architecture: Oversee overall product architecture and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building successful enterprise products.
• Ability to balance leadership with hands-on coding when necessary.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring team velocity while adapting to changing requirements.
