REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience 7+ years
  2. Excellent working experience with Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
  3. Strong experience in Azure integration and PowerApps
  4. Strong experience in custom plugin development in Dataverse
  5. Hands-on experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps
  6. Excellent knowledge of Power Platform environments, connectors, DLP policies, and reusable components
  7. Hands-on experience with Power Automate for backend jobs, bulk updates, SharePoint, and Office 365 integration
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  9. Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, Client Credential Flow, and Azure App Registration
  10. Experience with AWS is a plus
  11. Familiarity with Power Platform limits, performance issues, and workarounds
  12. Strong communication skills to gather requirements and explain technical concepts
  13. Excellent documentation skills including the creation of design documents and test scenarios

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Writing and reviewing great quality code
  2. Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project
  3. Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it
  4. Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
  5. Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
  6. Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts
  7. Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and justifying it
  8. Addressing issues promptly and responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
  9. Giving constructive feedback to team members and setting clear expectations
  10. Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
  11. Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and justifying the decisions taken
  12. Carrying out POCs to ensure that suggested designs/technologies meet the requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
