Title : Jr Software Engineer
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Compensation: 80 to 120k DOE

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Software Engineer with experience in C# and device integration to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications with a focus on device connectivity and integration. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, eager to learn, and excited to work in a dynamic environment where you’ll contribute to innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications using C# and related technologies.
- Device Integration: Work on projects involving the integration of devices, sensors, and other hardware components with software systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and other team members to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability and performance of applications and device interactions.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving software bugs and hardware-software interaction issues.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for software solutions, device protocols, and system integration processes.
- Learning & Development: Stay updated with the latest trends in C# development, device technologies, and software engineering best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of relevant work experience with a BS in Computer Science or related field
- 0-2 Years of relevant work experience with MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Experience developing in C# and developing WPF Applications
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Experience working in an agile environment
