3D Designer (Experiential Design Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Designer with exceptional proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max to join our creative team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating 3D visuals and immersive experiences for a variety of projects, with a particular emphasis on experiential design. The ideal candidate possesses a strong artistic eye, technical expertise, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of 3D design.

Responsibilities:

1. 3D Modeling & Visualization: Utilize 3ds Max to create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for experiential installations, trade show booths, events, and interactive displays.
2. Experiential Design: Collaborate closely with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into engaging and memorable 3D experiences that leave a lasting impression on audiences.
3. Technical Proficiency: Maintain a deep understanding of 3ds Max’s capabilities, including modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering techniques.
4. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the design process.
5. Innovation & Exploration: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in 3D design and experiential technology, constantly seeking new ways to elevate our creative output.

Qualifications:

1. Expert 3ds Max Skills: A portfolio showcasing extensive 3ds Max proficiency and a deep understanding of its toolset.
2. Experiential Design Experience: A proven track record of designing 3D visuals and experiences for events, installations, or interactive displays.
