Solution Engineer - Web3 experience

This company is tackling the Web3's most intricate data analytics challenges on a global scale using decentralized, peer-to-peer technology. They're constructing the data foundation of Web3: a fully decentralized and community-operated data warehouse, leveraging cutting-edge cryptography to link tamper-resistant query results directly to smart contracts. This facilitates the seamless integration of trustless on-chain and off-chain data within a unified platform, empowering Web3 developers to swiftly craft new use cases.

Job Responsibilities

1. Learn, use, and advocate for SpaceAndTime with prospects and partners.
2. Directly own prospects/customer relationships and account management.
3. Construct and deliver customer-presentable collateral as needed, including presentations, educational sessions, demonstrations, starter kits, etc.
4. Track customer engagement and system use to monitor customer health.
5. Create a strong partnership with SxT engineering to promote key product announcements across multi-channel platforms, including regular meetings.
6. Act as liaison between customer needs and SxT engineering to craft customer roadmaps.
7. Ideate and possibly construct new starter kits/data products atop SxT based on customer interest and value.
8. Post-product launch: track and retire revenue quotas.

Candidate Requirements

1. Superb communication skills, both written (English) and verbal.
2. Technical understanding of distributed computing at scale, including a deeper understanding of one or two specific systems.
3. Direct analytic experience, including delivery of real business value.
4. Understanding of SDLC and project management, particularly Agile Scrum and Kanban.
5. Ability to digest complex technical concepts into simple ideas that deliver understanding.
6. Experience documenting complex technical ideas simply into the best format for distribution.
7. Strong attention to detail, and an eye for effective documentation.
8. Light programming experience, in any procedural language (Python/Rust preferred).
9. High-level knowledge of Crypto-Industry, including Blockchain, Web3, CryptoCurrency, DeFi, dApps, etc.
10. 2 to 5 years of experience as a Solution Engineer in B2B, SaaS technology.
11. 3 years of experience involved in Sales.

Desirable

1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience working with Ignite, Spark, Arrow or large MPP Data Platforms.
