The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable web applications. This includes developing UI features, APIs needed along with database integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Manage databases and ensure data integrity through effective backend development.
- Work on micro services which are integrated with the UI application.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full stack software development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining robust systems.
- Proficiency in ReactJS/AngularJS/VueJS/TypeScript and NodeJS programming languages.
- Expertise in working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). Experience with database design and optimization.
- Experience in utilizing Apache Kafka as a message queue is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
