Senior QA /Automation Engineer

Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on QA expert with a proven ability to direct and improve quality programs, reduce defects, and improve overall efficiency and productivity including working on automation. In addition, highly adept at developing and implementing test strategies, operational procedures, and quality methodologies to support the development and release of business applications in an international geographically dispersed company.

You will:

1. Lead the Quality Agenda within the scrum teams, setting standards and best practices for both manual and automated testing.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and performance of web and mobile applications.
3. Sign Off on feature/release readiness.
4. Drive, execute and expand End-to-End testing and monitoring strategy.
5. Define quality methodologies and standards.

You have:

1. At least 5 years QA experience with a deep understanding of quality and processes.
2. Deep understanding of development lifecycle in SCRUM (Agile) world.
3. Comfortable working with Java and JavaScript applications.
4. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Mocha).
5. Knowledge of manual testing.
6. Good communication and presentation skills.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
8. Strong analysis & problem-solving skills.
9. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
10. BSc in Computer Science.
