SourceAbled is seeking Lockbox Remittance Processor for a 12-month contract opportunity to transcribe confidential information from scanned images of paper documents. The Lockbox Remittance Processor combines documents into transactions and processes them through a series of workflow functions and maintains the highest level of accuracy and focus on process effectiveness to meet efficiency standards.
Job responsibilities
- Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
- Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
- Keeping information confidential
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred
- Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
- Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
- Alphanumeric data entry skills
- Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes
- Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
- Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group
Schedule Options -
- 1st Shift Monday Through Friday - 7am ET - 3:30pm ET - $20.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift Monday Through Friday - 3:30 PM ET - 12:00AM ET - $22.00 per hour
