Cisco UCS Technician
Hybrid: Frederick, MD
6-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension
Our client is looking to add a Cisco USC Technician to their team. This resource will need to be knowledgeable of Complex UCS environments including isolation of those environments. Assisting My Team as needed on Project deliverables, assisting with BAU duties, attending meetings to gather requirements, and working with the Above Site ETS IT team on changes that need to be implemented locally.

- UCS Configuration
- Fabric Interconnects
- UCS Manager (Chassis/Blade Service Profiles)
- ESXi Blade Configuration
- vSphere
- Adding new datastores/blades and migrating systems
- VM Server Build/Replacement Best Practices
- Active Directory Security Groups Best Practices
- Group Policy Best Practices
Networking
- Knowledgeable about network fundamentals: VLANs and basic switching
