Job Description:

• Seeking Performance Engineer with Tuning experience.
  Define, develop and apply performance/scalability benchmarks.
• Work in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability.
• Work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis.
• Devise and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes.
• Plan and implement performance tests using an automated testing environment and conduct analysis of results.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions in cross-team engineering efforts and own quality perspectives for the design.
• Review code and identify performance bottlenecks.

What are the top 3 skills required for this role?

• Performance testing using Loadrunner or other open source tools like Jmeter, Locust, Gatling
• Performance Engineering skills in Java applications\
• Strong Programming knowledge in Java/Python

• Able to handle the projects independently along with a team at Onsite/Offshore.
