Job Title: Electrical Estimator/Project Manager

Role Overview: We’re looking for a dedicated Electrical Estimator/Project Manager who has a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical projects . The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in voltage knowledge, estimating software, and project management. This position is 80% office-based with 20% fieldwork, ensuring a great work-life balance with no extensive travel-you're home every night.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate estimates and manage electrical projects from initial bid requests to completion.
  • Conduct site visits to perform take-offs and assess project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure projects are on track.
  • Oversee the electrical components of projects to guarantee they meet industry standards.
  • Utilize ACUBID software for estimating (highly preferred).
  • Engage with a predominantly Spanish-speaking crew; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and focus on delivering quality work.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of project management experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects.
  • 1-2 years of estimating experience with a solid understanding of the electrical industry.
  • Proficiency in voltage knowledge and electrical estimating software.
  • Spanish-speaking is a significant plus due to the composition of the crew.
  • A sincere, dedicated, and level-headed approach to project management.
Compensation:
  • Base Pay: $70,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
