AWS DevOps Engineer

Role Title: AWS DevOps Engineer

Location: Denver, CO

Type: Fulltime

Working with:

• Customer Development Teams + Project Teams
• Have experience in developing and delivering end-to-end solutions by integrating multiple DevOps tools.

What The Role Entails (Key Responsibilities):

• Expertise in automating software deployments using tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Python, Ansible, Harness). Extensive experience packaging and delivering software to a production environment.
• Familiar with technology (inputs, outputs, and processing flows) and the ability to communicate that knowledge.
• Experience with software source control tools (Git).
• Experience with Linux shell scripting environments like bash.
• Experience in AWS, Containers, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Write and update automated scripts for installing server software products.
• Configure necessary hardware/virtual machines.
• Deploy code in cloud environments.
• Work with developers and hardware teams to update infrastructure and OS for applications.
• Perform installations and upgrades of server software products.
• Work with developers and infrastructure teams to install or upgrade third-party software.

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Industry certifications such as AWS SysOps admin.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent skills in the relevant field.
• 3 years of experience with dynamic scripting languages.
• 3 years of experience deploying software in various operating systems.
• 3 years of Linux or other Unix systems administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a sincere passion for getting the job done right.
