Responsibilities include:

• Delivering Analog/RF blocks with leading-edge performance using innovative architectures.
• Work on the development of best-in-class IC from concept to production.
• Documentation of design work and participation in design reviews
• Provide technical expertise and mentor junior team members

Industry degree is required for the successful Senior RF IC Design Engineer.

Experience is required in the following:

• Hands-on experience working on RFIC Design.
• Experience in designing high-performance RF circuits in deep sub-micron technology.
• An understanding of optical communication systems.
• Experience in Layout design and strategy overview.
