Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering
10 years of engineering experience in design development and manufacturing in the aerospace industry
5 years of management experience in in the aerospace or a similarly regulated industry
Knowledge of Aerospace electrical systems
Knowledge of MIL standards, group testing, DLA, and NAVAIR
Plusses
Masters degree in engineering or MBA
Understanding of aerospace regulations: EASA, FAA, CFR parts 23 and 25

Insight Global is looking for an Aerospace Engineering Site Manager to support their client in Sarasota, FL. This person will oversee the design, sustaining and manufacturing engineering activities of the engineering site. They will manage a team of up to 50 individuals and provide leadership and motivation in managing the site engineering teams to insure performance and skill development within the group. They will participate in resource planning, training and mentorship of electrical, mechanical and design engineers.
