Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for both digital and print marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, posters, and presentations. This position requires a strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and project managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Design: Create visually engaging assets for digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertising.
  • Print Design: Develop high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event signage.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and project managers to bring creative concepts from idea to execution.
  • Content Adaptation: Adapt design assets for various platforms and formats, optimizing for user experience and platform requirements.
  • Layout and Typography: Utilize strong layout and typography skills to create professional, polished, and highly impactful designs.
  • Conceptual Design: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop design concepts that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • File Preparation: Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors to ensure production specifications are met.
  • Design Feedback: Iterate on designs based on team feedback while maintaining campaign objectives and creative integrity.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in public health, non-profit, or community-focused campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in both digital and print design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with web design, UX/UI principles, and digital content platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
