What do we do?

Land in India is precious but is also prone to encroachment and disputes. Two-thirds of Indian court cases are land-related. Landeed’s mission is to make land ownership secure and easy. Our first product performs the most fundamental task to any property ownership - automatic document pull and health check. The Landeed app received overwhelming traction (50,000 users in the first month) and good reviews (4.7 stars on the Indian app store) since launch. We are now actively growing our engineering and product teams to bring the next-generation technology solution to the hundreds of millions of land owners in India.

What drives success for this role:

• 3+ years of experience and knowledge in building mobile applications.
• Proficient in React Native and Javascript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Google’s/Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Experience mentoring, reviewing, and giving constructive feedback to other engineers.
• Collaborate with the product team on technical capabilities that drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
• Familiarity with performance optimizations in React Native projects.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Bonus points

• Familiarity with Kotlin, Swift, or other mobile programming languages.
• Familiarity with React and web building experience.

Total compensation

Base: 20-25 LPA. Stock: generous equity options grant. Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Remote.
