CoverMMeds Pharmacy division has an opportunity in our Atlanta, GA North Druid Hills office for a Full Stack Software Developer. This position will work on new product development from customer requirements and migrating legacy products to cloud. Candidate should have experience with service-oriented application development, including background with the Microsoft technology stack and development environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop real time transaction processing applications for cloud that are highly available, scalable, with little to no down time.
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements and convert these specs into a technical design.
  • Understanding and application of unit and integration testing to ensure high quality delivery of developed modules that are within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide development story and task estimation - individually and collaboratively.
  • Build, deploy, test, and debug components in accordance with best practices throughout the SDLC.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills (ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems).
  • Be a critical thinker who challenges assumptions and seeks new ideas.
  • Full collaboration as an Agile Scrum team developer to include proactive sharing of accomplishments, knowledge, lessons, and updates across the team.
  • Should understand cloud information flows (XaaS) and how to build modules aligned to cloud-based applications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software development in a team environment.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.

Critical Skills

  • Language Proficiency: demonstrated experience with C#/.Net Core.
  • Database experience: SQL Server/Oracle and NoSQL.
  • Experience in unit testing frameworks (NUnit/XUnit).
  • Demonstrated experience in building microservices utilizing RESTful APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in enabling code to align with a CI/CD process (JIRA, Jenkins, Git).
  • Creates Development artifacts to describe application architecture and solution design, including Design Documents (High/Low-Level), class diagrams, sequence and collaboration and ER diagrams.
  • Experience with an Agile team.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to develop UI components using a framework such as Angular or React JS.
  • Experience in other programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc).
  • Experience in developing and implementing applications on a cloud platform preferably GCP/Azure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cloud Experience or Certification, GCP/Azure.
  • Familiar with containerization using Docker for app deployment, knowledge of Kubernetes.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$76,400 - $127,300
