In this role, you’ll analyze complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, and configuring operating systems and protocol suites for virtualized and containerized systems. You’ll resolve difficult interoperability problems to obtain operation across host, hypervisor, and guest nodes. You’ll load and configure cloud servers and vendor such as Cisco or Juniper, or white box routers and switches, and support the acquisition of hardware and sof tware and subcontractor services. Act as a te chn ical project leader or provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

On our team, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of sof tware projects, our te chn ical capabilities, and product design. Working on an agile team of experts, you’ll perform reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis ofdiverse sof tware problems. You’ll inform operational parameters for complex systems, as well as leverage artifi cia l intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of your work. You Have:

8+ years of experience with providing te chn ical support for the engineering and testing of complex sof tware and hardware systems in the communication field

Experience with c ond ucting integration and system level testing of telecommunications systems or platforms

Experience networking equipment, including Cisco or Juniper

Experience with VMWare, QEMU, KVM, or Docker

Experience with Linux or OpenStack

Knowledge of telephony and telecommunications, networking services, and sof tware defined networking

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

Experience with vulnerability analysis and exploit development

Experience with Python

Experience with Assembly

Cisco CCNA and RHCSA Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
